Dormy Inn Mishima - Mishima (Shizuoka)

Loved the onsen views of Mt Fuji, relaxing massage chairs, free late-night ramen, and complimentary ice cream in the afternoon!

What a such great stay, no reason to complain. Clean accommodation, exceptional and polite staff. Tasty and varied breakfast with a lot of hot/cold dishes. Marvellous and excellent location including a bus station close to the place.

We had brand-new and modern room with feather pillows. The location was marvellous, 10 minutes' walk to the centre.

Don't miss the rooftop onsen. It's perfect, especially at sunset.

Location: the hotel was just off railway station and eateries and tokyo and osaka. Our rooms were brand-new and reasonably large with nice beds. The staff was friendly and extremely polite - we would like to stay longer.

I had a pretty good stay! The location was super convenient-right near the train and bus station, making it easy to explore. The views from my room, especially of Mount Fuji, were just fine. Plus, I loved the onsen on the top floor; it was a great way to relax after a day out!

On the flip side, the room felt a bit dated and had kind of a lingering smell. The air conditioning was tricky to control, and it got really cold sometimes. I found the pillows to be too thin, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. it could use some updating!

Rooftop onsen offers fine views of Mt. Fuji. Free night noodles and a good breakfast spread elevate the overall experience.

The room had a strong smoke odor despite being booked as non-smoking, a serious issue for someone with asthma. Initially assigned a twin room downgrade when a larger bed option was available raised concerns about room allocation. The air conditioning felt overly cold. Thin pillows did not provide adequate support, and the overall facilities appeared outdated compared to expectations.

The onsen experience was a highlight for me. Open until 10 AM, it felt refreshing against the backdrop of Mt. Fuji. I loved the complimentary nightly ramen. It hit the spot after a long day. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious choices and the free ice cream in the spa was a fun touch. Located just an 8-minute walk from Mishima Station, exploring the area was super easy. My room was spacious and clean, but the bed was unfortunately uncomfortable, leading to a sore back in the morning. Despite the great amenities, the pillows didn't offer enough support. Staff members were helpful, but a warmer welcome would have improved my stay.

Compact rooms made managing suitcases tricky, but loved the relaxing onsen with views of Mt. Fuji.

Great Stay with Fine Views

We enjoyed the amazing view of Mount Fuji right from our window! The rooftop onsen provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring, especially with complimentary ice cream in the evening. Be sure to indulge in the breakfast buffet. It was delicious!

I loved the rooftop onsen with fine views of the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist with any requests. The late-night ramen was a good surprise. I also enjoyed the refreshing ice cream offered in the onsen area after a relaxing soak.

My room had some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience.

Had a fantastic stay! The free nightly ramen was delicious and the onsen with views of Mt Fuji was such a treat, although I didn’t get to see the mountain due to weather. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues in our room that chipped away at the experience.

The rooftop onsen with views of Mount Fuji was a highlight, and we loved the free popsicles and late-night ramen. The breakfast spread was really good, too. It's super convenient being near a bus stop, and lots of nearby restaurants give plenty of options. Definitely a must-visit for anyone exploring the Hakone area!

The only downside was that parking was available but at a charge of 500 JPY, a surprise for us. It would have been nice to know in advance.
